Study Room Sign Out Policy and Procedure

Students can sign up for the Study Rooms in the library by following this procedure. 

1. You must sign up in person.  Email requests will not be honored.  
2. Reservations can be made in person one period in advance if at least one group member is available to come to the library and sign out the room. 
3. Each student must write his own name on the sign out sheet.  The first student to arrive for sign up can add the initials but not the whole names to the sign out sheet.    Room A has seven (7) chairs.  Rooms B,C, and D have five (5) chairs.  Do not move any chairs between the rooms.
4. Upon leaving the room, nothing should be on the floor, chairs must be pushed in and the lights must be turned off. 
5. After leaving the room, do not make any changes to the signout sheet.
